Vans Cambridge Mural

As part of Vans’ ‘Wear On’ sustainability Campaign, I was commissioned to create an installation at the Cambridge Vans store.

The imagery was inspired by fisheye filming that is prevalent in skateboard films and includes a fisheye handplant from Lizzie Armanto.

I painted the majority of the mural with paints used in a previous mural and used old fabric to ‘fix’ some aspects of the painting. This included patching the knees with old fabric and duct tape.

I also gave a very used skateboard a new life by painting it with a fun design. Check out my instagram to see how I did it!
